If we don't have the exact die to refinish a dial we will probably have one that is close enough.
We can also make new dies if necessary. Dial refinshing is the only thing we do.
Your dial will recieve our complete attention.
New customers are always welcome and we try very hard to understand and meet the expectations of every account. It is important for us to know if you are a collector, jobber, jewelry store etc. so that we can try to meet your specific needs. Please call if you have any questions about dial refinishing and what can be expected to be done with your dial.
Dials take about 10 business days to complete. There are many steps involved in the refinishing process. Although most dials are completed in this time some dials may take longer. If you need a dial back on a particular date lets us know and we will try to get the dial to you by that time.
